The company operates one of South East Asia s largest minerals laboratories, one of its site laboratory is located in Gosowong, Halmahera Utara, Indonesia, and currently is seeking candidate to fill the position below with good character as a:

Trainee Manager

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of working experience in the minerals laboratory or related industrial area and gained skill and knowledge of managing or supervising people.
• Candidate possesses at least a Bachelor s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience as a senior chemist.
• Good understanding of minerals lab process and services.
• Good personal as well as excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with external organization, and customer.
• Discipline and team work.
• Computer literate and good command of English.
• ISO 17025, HSE, experience in Laboratory is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in remote site area (Gosowong, Halmahera Utara).
