Technical Internal Audit

Responsibilities:
* Identify issues & concern, and make practical, value-added recommendation to management
* Audits the technical operational activities in Building Management
* Reviewing & evaluating adequacy of internal system control & operational technical procedures, as well as recommending corrective measures
* Prepare reports on scope of audits & recommends improvements in operational procedure or other desirable
* Expertise in technical audit for machine, building & utilities

Requirements:
* Minimal 3 years experience in Consultant & Contractor / Building Maintenance / Engineering
* Strong analytical skill with high sense of integrity and investigation
* Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical from reputable university
* Preferable Male, max. 30 years old
* Fluent in English and skillful in Information Technology
