Security Manager (REF: 419482)

This is a key role managing the security operations and related requirements for the multiple locations within the Pearl Project where you will provide a coordinated approach to the provision of security on the Project and anticipate the upcoming requirements in the Study phase to BHP Billiton standards.

Reporting to the Assets Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing Security policies and procedures for the Pearl Project. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing remedial actions that may be required as a result of Security issues or audits. The overall management of all security personnel, performance management review and team building will allow you to develop a highly skilled and professional team.

Your substantial experience in Security Manager Roles will be supplemented by qualifications in Security Management. You will have demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in the implementation of Security Systems, ideally within multinational corporate or resources setting. Extensive experience providing residential security for expatriates and understanding of expatriate requirements and potential risk areas, as well as experience working with or within Indonesian Military or Police will allow you to effectively develop in this dynamic position. Fluent communication skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa are essential along with sound report writing.

This position will require the majority of time spent working in several remote project site locations.
