I have more than 13 years of experience in Oil and gas, petrochemical plants, multibillion large scale constructions onshore and Marine (offshore) both in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
I had experience to Manage and to administer the implementation and development of the multibillion dollar man made island known as the Palms in Dubai, petrochemical complex project and gas pipe line in KSA.
Oversee the construction of Gate way bridge connecting from mainland to island, Vehicular tunnel, complicated micro tunnelling, massive construction of shore line high rise buildings, hotels, Recreation, theme park, Boulevard , reclamation, dredging, signature villas, huge sewerage tank, coaling plant, cofferdam, marine works, installation of vessel, reactor, column, silo, boiler, steel erection, piping installations; demineralise water tank, instrument line, etc.
Work with the government of Dubai as an HSE regulatory Authority in Dubai World Projects. Strictly implementing non conformance, prohibition notice, improvement notice, penalties and fines.
I have ability to develop and maintain HSE Plan, Safe system of works, and risk assessment in the entire high risk job in construction phase, pre commissioning, commissioning and start up of the projects.
Capable of carrying out sufficient safety audits/inspections base from OHSAS 18001 and had a broad knowledge in developing effective training presentation for the top management, middle management and the work force.
At present I am HSSE Manager of Parsons Brinckerhoff a project management team on Universal Studios in Dubai land construction, but willing to re-locate to another company for very honest reason: Better opportunities, New work environment.
