a. Senior Vice President – Aon Risk Services
This position has prime responsibility for the direct servicing of client business, in particular client retention and growth, revenue generation and delivery of all Aon’s capabilities.

b. Vice President – Aviation Division
This position has the responsibility for the direct servicing of all aviation client business.

Position Responsibilities / Main Functions
• Manage a number of Operating Division (a)
• Manage a set portfolio of clients (b)
• Develop and build relationships with new clients (a & b)
• Contribute to the development of customer service standard (a & b)
• Work effectively across Aon’s global network (a & b)
• Develop relationships with key insurance market contacts (a & b)
• Keep abreast of the relevant professional, regulatory and legislative changes (a & b)
• Providing coaching, leadership and assistant to staff (a & b)

Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification or experience (a & b)
• Advanced written and oral English language capability (a & b)
• Min 10 years general insurance industry experience and industry qualification (a & b)
• Aviation experience (b)
