Retail Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for general fuel pricing administration related to fuel pricing strategy execution;
* Taking phone calls/faxes/emails and actioning within defined Service Level Agreement;
* Produce exception reports and follow-up with field teams to ensure improved performance;
* Produce control reports and follow up on areas of concern;
* Identify situations when deviation from the marketing plan is appropriate;
* Managing strategy deviations in line with yearly volume and margin targets while considering long term impact on the business sustainability;
* Reducing/eliminating the reporting and survey exceptions;
* Ensuring that Legal requirements within the OU must be clearly understood and incorporated in all deliverables.

Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor degree from any major from reputable university;
* Minimum of 5 years working experience specifically on exposure to multinational working environment;
* Proficiency in Computer Skill as well as in English communication skill;
* Experienced as sales support and cross functional teams with excellent communications skills;
* Basic understanding of retail business is an advantage;
* Excellent use of Pricing IT systems and solid ability to query pricing related data from business warehouse and manipulate data in excel and/or access;
* Demonstrable competence in managing fuel pricing system, implementing agreed pricing strategy and standard processes;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
