Recruitment Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably majoring in Psychology and Profession degree as Psychologist will be an advantage,
- 4-5 years in HR, especially in Recruitment area, must be experienced in conducting competency assessment including behavioral interview
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
* Able to be independent and objective during recruitment decision making, without external intervention
* Able to make a comprehensive interview report
* Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
