Research & Development Manager (Personal Care)

Responsibilities:
* Plans, administers and reviews research and development activities of an organization
* Develops operating plan and develops strategic objectives that support the company’s research and development strategies.

Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Degree in Chemical, Microbiology with GPA min 3.00
* Experience in R & D – Personal care about min 3 years
* Fluency in English, both oral and written
* Good leadership and management skill Background
