PT Indo Multi Niaga, together with Joint Venture partner Intrepid Mines Ltd. of Australia, is exploring the exciting Tujuh Bukit gold-silver-copper project in East Java. We require several supervisors to join our team.

Reporting to a Site Co-ordinator and/or a Senior Geologist the roles will be senior supervisory roles involved in managing and administering an efficient mineral exploration program. The roles will be expected to work together as a team of senior staff to make sure that activities are coordinated and high standards are maintained.

The roles will involve:

Camp Supervisor – responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the main exploration camp. Responsible for efficient supply of food and fuel, for maintaining comfortable camp standards, for managing people flow through the camp.

Drill Supervisor - managing for PT IMN and Intrepid an external drill contractor. Managing compliance to the contract, reviewing all documentation associated with drilling activities and invoices, implementing change where required.

EH&S Supervisor - implementing EH&S requirements across the project. Ensuring compliance to standards. Undertaking training so that standards can be met.

Experience in managing the relevant areas of mineral exploration required. Good English language skills are required.
