The incumbent reports to the head of processing department. The main responsibility is to take projects from the initial state opportunity to final closure which covers the following:
• Ensuring the project is finalized within budget and time frame.
• Leads and execute the engineering activities, by coordinating the work done by the consultants and sub supplier, with respect to the overall project time schedule and project strategy while ensuring that the right technique, component and technology are used.
• Participate in commercial negotiations, commissioning, technical discussions with supplier and customers and assist in all phases of the project.

Qualification:
• Graduate from reputable university in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Food Technology with minimum GPA 2.75 on a scale of 4
• Have good knowledge in Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer technology.
• Have work experience 2-5 years of engineer and 5-8 year for manager especially in food and beverage project, with strong technical knowledge of liquid food and beverage processing.
• Have strong leadership competence and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• PC literate in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office and others.
