Under Indonesia’s private power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2 x 610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya.

We currently have vacancies for:

Plant Performance Engineer

The person is responsible to advise Engineering & Operation for efficient Plant Operation & Maintain high plant availability by conducting Plant/Equipment Performance Testing, Monitoring and continues evaluation.

Candidate for this position should posses:
1. Minimum S-1 degree from reputable university in Mechanical or Physic Engineering.
2. Possessing 3 – 5 years of experience in Coal Fired Power Plant Operations.
3. Having strong understanding and exposure in heat transfer, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
4. Familiar with computer software MS-Office, and preferably with MS-Access and VB Application and having good analytical thinking.
5. Familiar with ASME-Performance Test Code (PTC) and P&ID.
6. Excellent in English both spoken and written.
