Payment Administration Staff (Job Code: PFS-08)

Requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting or Information Systems
- Has minimum 1 year experience in accounting or business administration
- Has sufficient analytical thinking, good in time management, and has self motivation
- Good interpersonal skill and customer service skill
- Interest working with details and possess high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity

Job description:
The jobholder is responsible to perform and maintain the payment activities for Personal Financial Services business through processing the cardholder’s payment, other Personal Financial Services made via other banks and hexagon with the use of HUB, HCC, and credit card payment system, and maintaining the third payment request for CPD and at the same time ensuring the service level is achieved and the cost control is measured.
