Office Administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Min 2 years experience in administration, preferably from insurance or banking industry
- Residing in Medan

Job description:
- Manage clean cases by checking submitted applications from agency forces prior submitted to underwriting
- Reporting Sales Office administration and issues to Head Office
- Responsible for Temporary Receipt and Conditional Receipt distribution and administration in Sales Office
- Assisting Head Office in communicating information to Agency Force
- Provide best service for all customer including customer complaint handling
- Responsible for administration of all data, document and filing system in Sales Office
- Source leads and business objectives
- Petty cash disbursement to Head Office
- Maintain good relationship with supplier and third party
