Organization Development Manager
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Organizational Development/Behavior in a corporate environment
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology/HR Management
- Male preferred, experience working in manufacturing sector will be a big plus.
- Experience in management of large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Strong business acumen, results-driven
- Proven exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with Senior Leadership is imperative
- Possesses knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management Development, Leadership Development and Employee Survey
- Possesses high level of analytical/intellectual ability, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experienced in OD theory/practice; ability to translate theory to practice
- Possesses broad business knowledge and the ability to gain a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s strategic objectives and their priorities
Job description:
- Identify organizational opportunities and align solutions to business strategies.
- Work closely with the senior executives to strategically identify critical organizational needs to address and prepare for future business requirements.
- Apply organizational development principles, methods and tools to provide business solutions designed to support the business and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Conduct organizational assessments as needed to identify critical issues and root causes.
- Provide thought leadership, consulting and implementation support, as well as transfer organizational development and change management tools and processes to HR business teams and leaders throughout the organization
- Provide support in the roll-out, analysis, and action planning of change management;
leverage data to maximize business growth and people development
- Align recommended solutions to organizational and business strategies and practices
- Develops innovative strategies to ensure that the organization has the necessary core competencies and measurements to meet current and future business objectives.
- Manage HR functions; recruitment, training and personnel.
