General Manager - Mining:
This is a senior management position based at Jakarta, Indonesia, heading the strategic business area of mining coal, manganese ore and other minerals. The Incumbent will be responsible for the overall management, production, productivity and safety of the mines, men and machinery in Indonesia and achieving the targeted results and growth.

Mining Engineers:
The mining engineers are expected to work hands on, introduce best practices, achieve significant operational gains, provide specialist advice and train people working under their supervision to improve their technical skill levels. They will develop mining plans, manage and coordinate mining operations.

The ideal candidates for both the positions will be Graduate Mining Engineers with a First Class Mine Manager s Certificate of Competency (Coal / Metallic Ferrous) with the following backgrounds.

a) General Manager-Mining
15 years of hands-on managerial experience in mining, out of which 5 years should be as the head of a mine. The position calls for a mature professional with excellent communication skills and general management competence.
Age: around 45 Years

b) Mining Engineers
5 years of hands-on experience in open pit / underground mining of coal and/or metallic ferrous minerals. They should possess excellent communication skills and thorough knowledge of the latest mining equipment and processes.
Age: below 35 years
