Livelihoods Field Officer (Code: LFO – Apr 08)

Essential Skills desired:
· Commitment and Understanding of the Red Cross Principles
· Ability to asses community needs and markets using participatory methods
· Strong written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge in Acehnese is an advantage.
· Commitment to improve the livelihood outcomes of vulnerable communities and a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable communities.
· Ability to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders such as government , NGO’s, PMI and beneficiaries.
· Skills and experience in delivering training, capacity building and Livelihoods programs
