Chemonics International Inc., a leading international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., seeks an Indonesian professional for a USAID administered project on anti corruption that runs though April 2009.

IT Specialist

Requirements:
•Minimum 8 years of professional experience in development of IT systems in support of human resources, budget management, asset management
• Technical expertise in IT selection and procurement, IT installation, web system design, particularly database access and security and IT security
• Particular experience in advising non governmental organizations and government ministries is strongly preferred.
• Website enhancement and design highly desirable
• Experience training government personal in IT system operations highly desirable
• Experience working with USAID preferred
• Fluency is speaking, reading or writing English
