HR Industrial Relation Officer

Job Description:
• Monitor the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement, policies, and program of industrial relations
• Provide advice and feedback to HR manager on Industrial Relations matters
• Assist HR manager to maintain ongoing relationship with employee, labor union & related government bodies
• Assist HR manager to conduct the socialization of industrial policies to employee
• Assist HR manager to analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation
• Assist HR manager to conduct study related to industrial relation matters

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR – Industrial Relations
• Familiar with manpower regulation
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Good English proficiency
• Willing to be located in Medan North Sumatra
• The Selection will be done in Medan North Sumatra
