Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology or management or related discipline in addition, 3-4 years human resources related experience are typically required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality customer service oriented and responsive
- Residing in Batam
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, computer literate, team spirit, careful, considerate and diligent
