The challenges
You will lead ad dynamic team to spearhead the development and distribution of several fragrance and cosmetic brands and assume responsibility for their market presence and profit objectives. You will introduce and implement creative marketing ideas, build strong trade and principal’s relationships and establish efficient distribution channel.

The requirements
• Degree holder in Marketing/Business
• Minimum total 8 years experience combined in sales and brand management
• Highly creative, energetic and sales driven
• Well organized with good analytical skills
• Posses good numerical and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• English is a must
