If you are:
• S1 and/or S2 from top university (fresh or with 1-2 years of relevant work experience) with outstanding academic record as indicated by minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) and amongst the top 10% in the graduating class;

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a TOEFL score of 500
