Financial Controller

Requirements:
* Strong accounting / finance background with strong sound accounting and taxation principles
* At least 10 years working experience in Financial and Cost Management
* Have worked in a multi-national company and had successfully led an Accounting & Finance team of at least 20 staff
* Have knowledge of and is able to develop Finance & Business processes
* Have good knowledge of the functions of ERP system
* Have a sharp intuition for internal controls and able to identify potential risk
* Detailed and accurate in work output
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Self confident and tactful to communicate with people of the highest corporate level
* Attitude – Positive, willing and want to learn and share, Focused and ensure completion of tasks accurately and on-time
* Possess great drive and action oriented with independent and strong character
* Good follow up and follow through
* Willing to travel and is mobile
