Finance Director

Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and supporting the Country Leadership Team, you will oversee and manage the finance department with a team of executives. Specially, your role will include financial reporting and analysis development of a robust internal control framework, compliance with internal audit requirements and business ethics standards and co-ordination with regional and corporate headquarters on a various initiative & strategic developments. Other responsibilities include providing support to business process, procurement and product supply planning, providing financial inputs to business development initiatives

Requirements:
* You should be a CPA with accountancy from a recognized university and have at least eight years of progressive accounting & finance experience in multinational company.
* Familiarity with SOX and US GAAP is necessary.
* You should have an excellent command of Spoken and written English, keen sense of commercial acumen and good interpersonal communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Other desirable personal attributes include the ability to multi task, a dynamic go-getting personality and the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the important details
