F & B Manager (Bali Based)

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management with 2-3 years “hands-on” experience in 5 stars Hotel or Up-Market Café
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership in re-enforcing existing synergies between two restaurant, kitchen and bakery production
• Have strong communication and leadership skills, dynamic, self driven and able to work under minimum supervision
