Executive Chef / Chef FB (Jakarta Based)

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in related discipline with 3-5 years “hands-on” experience in 5 stars Hotel or Up-Market Food Retailer
• Good knowledge in European Food is essential, creative, responsible and good communication and leadership skills
• Have strong knowledge in Menu Creation, food costing and recipes and self driven
