As part of our Bogor Pharmaceutical Production expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and high caliber individual to assist our Plant Director in dealing with administration works, arrange meetings and traveling, and correspondence. The main objective of this position is full supporting the Plant Director to better focus on high priority business issues.

Secretary to Plant Director

If you are a well organized person who have high initiative and commitment, strong interpersonal skill and can work systematically, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

1. Graduated from reputable secretarial college
2. Female, max 30 years old
3. Minimum 2 years experience in multinational company
4. Fluency in English both oral and written
5. Be willing to work in Bogor
