Customer Service Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor Degree in any field
2. Maximum age is 30 years old
3. Has at least 1 year experience in Supervisory or Team Leader position, with strong leadership skills
4. Has at least 3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
5. Have good interpersonal, good performance and communication skill
6. Able to understand and to speak English
7. Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS office applications)
8. Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to extend work hours
