Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Maximum age is 30 years old
- Has at least 1 year experience in Supervisory or Team Leader position, with strong leadership skills
- Has at least 3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Have good interpersonal, good performance and communication skill
- Able to understand and to speak English
- Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS office applications)
- Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to extend work hours
