Requirements:
• TOEFL = 550 (an in house test will be conducted)
• Female/Male
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in English is a must
• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls from English speaking (USA) customer
• Excellent understanding of the Internet and the worldwide web is preferred
• Overseas graduated preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on flexible working hours (night / morning shift rotation)
• Extrovert and has good communication skills
• Responsible person, friendly, customer oriented, & patient
