BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD (BDH)

Main areas of responsibilities :
1. Development and Implementation New Business / Product Opportunities
2. Competitiveness Review and recommendation on our existing business / products inthe area where we operate.

Qualifications :
1. A Graduate in Business (Preferably MBA) from reputable local / overseas University with at least 5 years of relevant experience with reputable Bank / financial institution in developing consumer / SME / retail financing business.
2. A conceptual thinker, high analytical skills and intimate understanding on the characteristic of the SME / consumer market in Indonesia is a prerequisite for candidate to this position
3. Fluent in the English language will be an advantage
4. Ideal candidate demonstrated successful track record in leading, managing, and growing a market
5. Proven strong relationship-building, organizational skills, and ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
6. Strong management skills with the ability to establish plans, forecast, and meet commitments.
