Due to our commitment in investing young talented professional and in line to our expansion, we are seeking for high achiever candidates to strengthen the team in Medan, North Sumatera as:

Branch Manager (Code: BMD)

This role has some main responsibilities which are:
a. To ensure the achievement of sales target and sales growth significantly
b. Provide aggressive sales and marketing strategy to ensure incoming profit and revenue
c. To ensure excellent distribution over all customers
d. To manage supply chain management in branch and work closely to SCM in Jakarta head office
e. To manage solid and proper internal administration data
f. To supervise and provide guidance, coaching and counseling within internal branch team

Below are the criteria for ideal incumbent
A. priority for candidates with experience in similar trading business (Pharmaceutical or non Pharmaceutical Raw Material/Ingredient/Additives)
B. male with minimum 30 years old
C. must have exposure in sales and marketing, supply chain management (especially in distribution)
D. has solid experience in minimum 5 years
E. preferably currently hands on branch manager or sales manager
F. has minimum bachelor degree
