We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia with a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.

Assistant Manager-Industrial Relations

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing and maintaining harmonious industrial relations at all level will be you’re key responsibility. You will be required to set-up and maintain communication procedure across the organisation, develop formal and informal network across all levels within the organisation and with the community, have regular discussion with employees and identify there needs, attend to employee issues, deal with trade unions, advice management on developments and action to be taken, and implement employee welfare programmes.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
* Required skill(s): employment law, communication, problem solving.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing travel regularly to the plantations.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Full-Time positions available.
